Loyal & Experienced

Webuild has a loyal and highly experienced construction team, many of whom have been with the business since it was formed. The company works with the same sub-contractors and consultants across its projects, which enables the same level of drive and finish to provide a consistent product.

The company’s Head Office is in Brighton, where the majority of operations is led from. However the company now has regional offices in Surrey, Kent and Central London, to support our various projects.

Project Management

Each Project is led by a designated Project Manager who works alongside the Site Manager to safely deliver their respective schemes.  Our Project and Site Managers all have significant experience in the industry, either through our own training and development programme or having joined from national contractors.  Many of our senior team members have progressed through the ranks and our staff turnover is extremely low.

We pride ourselves on running safe and professional sites, and we continually scrutinise our operations so we’re always improving our performance.
